Item(s)* can be returned and exchanged for a similar item if:
1) Your item* appears to be damaged or defective on arrival (PunkRockLand.com should be notified immediately via email to sales@punkrockland.com);
2) A wrong item* or item* size has been shipped.
In these cases PunkRockLand.com will refund original cost of shipping.
Simple returns or exchanges.
Returning an item* for a refund or exchange requires:
1) contact PunkRockLand.com for approval** via email to sales@punkrockland.com;
2) please include a note with your name, order number or transaction number. And note if you want to exchange or return an item;
3) if an item* for exchange PunkRockLand.com would like to know in advance desired item# or size.
4) All shipping charges must be covered by a buyer. PunkRockLand.com will not refund original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
*item should not be worn, washed, be without any stains and odors of deodorant or perfume.
** Please do not ship items if your return/exchange has not been approved by PunkRockLand.com via email. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
Refunds by PunkRockLand.com will be made within 5 business days.
